$4800 for up to 50 guests
$5500 for between 51 and 150 guests
$6800 for between 151 and 250 guests
A deposit of $2000 is due upon contract signing.

Event Fee includes:
- our private home and grounds
- spacious gardens, lawns, terraces and large outdoor swimming pool
- exclusive use - only one event is planned per weekend
- scheduled rehearsal time for wedding ceremony
- all day property (not home) access after 9am for photographs, set up, and clean up on event day
- use of our private home for bridal party preparations after 12 noon on event day
- valet parking
- six hour event time
- work areas for licensed caterer of your choice
