This place is great! It's VERY rustic. It's got a barn, a pond, old Coca-Cola ice boxes and tons of beautiful round bulbs lighting the entire property. It's got more than enough space to accommodate larger weddings. Markee, the contact for Vignette Vintage events, was charming and sweet! She was really concerned about making our day relaxing and personal.
The main downside is that the site fee is $4000 for the 2012 year. After that, you pay $93 per person, which covers food, non-alcoholic beverages, tables, chairs, linens, flowers and stem and flatware. What's really nice (and becoming largely uncommon) is that they DON'T charge a corkage fee. You BYOB (that is, wine, beer and champagne) and they'll have it ready on ice for you!
Since we're looking at a guest list of about 80, our total is looking at about $12,000, which is above our budget without the photographer, cake, officiant, music and decorations...
